I would like everyone to look at this comment from the point of view of an employer. Do you think this post would hurt this person if a potential employer were to view it.
Student C - Yes, I think it would hurt this person's job prospects, not because voicing political views are bad, it is how he/she did it. Putting people down shows that this person is a bully
Student E - I think no matter what your political beliefs are or how nicely you state them, it shows poor judgement to publically voice them. Some people have strong emotional feelings when it comes to politics and are easily offended by people who disagree. You never know if a potential employer may have strong feelings about politics and you are on the wrong side
Student A - I see nothing wrong with voicing your political views. America is a free country!

DeleteStudent D - I think it would hurt very much. I look at the word "jive" and see it as a racial slur and shows that this person is prejudice.
